Product Description
Type A adapters are normally used with Type D couplers, but can be used with Type B and C couplers as well as DC (Dust Cap) of identical size.
Working Principle
1.The connection consists of a male adapter and a female coupler, that when coupled forms a fixed Joint connecting pipe or hose together. They are quick and easy to use and require no tools to operate.
2.The male adapter fits into the female coupler (With arms).
3.Once inside, the coupler handles can be closed simultaneously.
4.The quick disconnect couplings will remain joined together until both the handles are pulled upwards releasing the connection. Safety pins are provided to keep handles locked in place, they are not needed for most applications.
5.There is a recessed gasket already in place in the female coupler, which forms an air tight seal when connected with the male face.
